The villa is located between Atalaya Golf, El Parasio Golf, Villa Padierna, in Paraiso Alto. Bel-Air tennis/padel is just a few hundred meters away. You have 2 km to the beach and 40 min Malaga airport. To get to Puerto Banus and Marbella you need 10 min, at the same distance in the other direction you will find Estepona town. The villa is located at a height that gives you a magical view with a wonderful evening sun. There you can enjoy the pool and patio in the southwest where you can stay in the sun all day. Private parking space outside the house where you can fit a total of two cars belong to the villa.
What is important to know is that the plot in front does not have permission to build anything that disturbs the sea view.
