This lovely Villa is located about 50 metres from to the beach. It has a great design about it providing many rooms. The larger formal lounge area provides space, while the large kitchen leads out onto an indoor dining area and more casual lounge area. Sliding glass doors lead out into a good sided garden.. There is a separate door taking you out into the the main road which is great for the gardeners access. Downstairs there is also a cosy fireside sunken area. There is also a bedroom downstairs which can also be an office. Upstairs, takes you to several bedrooms with bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms lead out onto a private terrace. There is a remote controlled electric gate for access from the street. There is also an outside shed where the laundry is located. There is also a further large outdoor storage room. The house is in pretty good condition but it does need further work.
