This is a fabulous five-bedroom villa, located in Majestic, in Báhia de Casares. It is situated on its own plot and has a private pool and stunning sea and mountain views.
As you walk into the property, you are greeted by a large foyer with high ceilings. As you walk through, to the right, you will find a spacious, fully-fitted kitchen, which has its own utility room, from which you can also access the property's private garage, driveway and front entrance. For those who prefer open plan-style kitchens, this kitchen can easily be converted to be open plan.

This is a fabulous chillout area with stunning sea and mountain views.
This villa is truly special and in an absolutely fantastic location. The villa is in close proximity (a 15-minute walk) of the most stunning beaches and Chiringuitos (beach bars) on the Costa del Sol.
The world-renowned, 6-star hotel and golf resort, Finca Cortesin is a few minutes away. You are also spoilt for choice as Casares road is filled with incredible "ventas" (restaurants). The white-washed village of Casares is only a 15-minute drive up this road. For keen golfers, apart from Finca Cortesin, you are within walking distance of Casares golf and 15 minutes away from some of the best courses in Spain, such as Valderama, in Sotogrande.
Morever, if you need travel or plan to use this as a second, holiday residence, there is easy access to two International airports, Gibraltar and Málaga.
