As we step through the main door, we find ourselves in the welcoming entrance hallway, an ideal place to greet guests. Immediately to our left is the kitchen, a contemporary space with sleek counter tops and high-quality appliances. Notice the added convenience of a separate pantry for your provisions, allowing for a well-organized culinary area.
Adjacent to the kitchen, we have a laundry room. This space is thoughtfully positioned to keep household tasks separate from the living areas, promoting a peaceful ambiance throughout the home.
Moving forward, we enter the heart of the apartment: the open-plan dining and living area. This expansive space is bathed in natural light streaming in from the sliding doors that lead out to the covered terrace. It is a versatile area where one could host dinners, enjoy family time, or simply relax with a good book.
Stepping outside onto the covered terrace, you can envision yourself enjoying your morning coffee or dining al fresco while overlooking the serene surroundings. The terrace extends to an open section, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the stars at night.
Back inside, along the corridor, we find the second bedroom to our right. This room, complete with built-in wardrobes and terrace access, offers comfort and functionality, ensuring a restful retreat for family or guests.

The built-in wardrobes here are spacious, and direct access to the covered terrace invites a lovely breeze and soft, natural light into the room.
